How to order

1

Open a ticket

Open a ticket in your client area and enter "Administration Hours" as the subject.

2

Describe the task and provide access

Describe the task and provide access — clear instructions along with credentials that have administrative access (SSH, RDP or control panel) mean faster work and fewer billed hours. For colocation tasks, physical access details or authorization if required.

3

Choose your tier

Choose your tier — Normal (scheduled, 24h advance), Instant (immediate start), or Out-of-hours (scheduled night/weekend work).

4

Receive an estimate and pay the invoice

Receive an estimate and pay the invoice. We tell you the expected number of hours and issue an invoice. Work starts only after the payment is received.

5

Receive a report

Receive a report. When the job is done, you get a summary of the work performed in the ticket. If the task took less time than paid, the unused hours are credited to your account balance.

Order Administration Hours

Before work begins

Access is required

For server administration tasks, work can start only once valid access credentials are provided. Share them securely through the ticket in your client area — never by email.

Back up first

All work is performed strictly according to your instructions. For operations affecting data (OS reinstallation, migrations, major upgrades), we strongly recommend having a current backup — creating one can be included in the task
